What We Do

The Business Psychologists Association of Nevada (BPAN) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Karuna Kothapalli, DBA, as the Association’s new Vice President, effective June 23, 2026.

Dr. Kothapalli brings more than two decades of executive leadership experience spanning healthcare, technology, business strategy, organizational transformation, and innovation. Throughout her distinguished career, she has demonstrated a remarkable ability to lead complex initiatives, build strategic partnerships, and drive organizational excellence. Her expertise in leadership, governance, and future-focused solutions will be instrumental as BPAN continues to establish itself as a premier professional association dedicated to advancing business psychology and leadership excellence.

As Vice President, Dr. Kothapalli will serve as a strategic partner to Founder and Chair, Dr. LaTonya Miller, MBA, L.H.D., supporting the Association’s mission to advance the science and practice of business psychology through leadership development, professional education, workforce innovation, and organizational effectiveness. She will play a key role in helping shape BPAN’s strategic direction, strengthening partnerships, supporting membership growth, and fostering opportunities that positively impact professionals and organizations throughout Nevada and beyond.
